PLATING AND PROCESS TANKS

Tanks

3G TECH designs and manufactures a full line of high quality plating tanks. With over 45 years of manufacturing experience in

meeting customer requirements, you are guaranteed the finest, most reliable tanks on the market today. Whether its stainless steel or polypropylene,

3G TECH can fill your every need.

3G TECH is now offering polypropylene tanks with the super strong extrusion welding technique to its manufacturing capabilities.  The tanks continuos weld

technique provides a near indestructible joint, virtually eliminating the point of connection as a potential site for breakdown, as with conventional fusion

weld techniques.

Polypropylene Tanks

Series PP

Our top tank for the ultimate in versatility.   Constructed from stress relieved polypropylene, these rigid self-supporting tanks are double welded.  Chemically resistant to most solutions.  And the Heavy duty construction provides years of trouble free performance.  This polypropylene tank features 2 copper anode rods (interconnected) mounted in Lucite insulating mounts, 1 cathode rod agitator, 1 stainless steel immersion heater with 1 temperature control and liquid level sensor heater shut-off, and 1 sealess vertical pump.  This unit also comes with a built-in rectangular exhaust hood for ventilation.

Lined Steel Tanks

Series LS

Recommended for acid pickling solutions up to 150° F ammonium persulphate solutions, and all plating solutions up to 150° F (acid or alkaline).  Black PVC linings are recommended for most applications.  However, white PVC is preferred for precious metal plating solutions.  Linings quoted are 3/32" thick.  Thicker linings are recommended for very corrosive or strongly oxidizing solutions.

Stainless Steel Tanks

Series ST

For alkaline cleaning, plating, rinsing and special applications.  Constructed of 11, 14, or 16 gauge high quality 304 stainless steel for long lasting wear.  They are recommended for nitric acid solutions, hot rinse tanks, high temperature applications (above 150° F) such as hot seal tanks after anodizing, and for corrosive solutions.  They are not intended for use with hydrochloric or hydrofluoric acids.

• Also available in 316 stainless steel.

Sinks

3G TECH   manufactures tanks and sinks in a virtually unlimited range of sizes and shapes. While all tanks may appear to be the same,

there are important details that do not readily meet the eye. This is why a tank manufacturer's reputation is an important factor in your purchasing decision.

And this is why you will want an HBS tank.

Polypropylene Sinks Series PS

These unique sink units are ideally suited for scrubbing and rinsing printed circuit boards or any other lightweight materials. Sink assemblies feature splashboards, sloped drainboards, and heavy duty triangular legs.
